HS Silver offers unique designs with prominent and varied motifs, supported by highly detailed filigree techniques. Currently, we have more than 2,000 designs and continue to develop additional unique designs. We also accept custom orders and export to various continents, including Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Asia.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Supervisor located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing sales, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, customers are 95% foreign
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail or Manager Supervisor
• Able to develop KPI and increase employee productivity
• Able to develop employee skill
