Job summary

A cultural preservation organization in Tangerang is seeking a Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience in the retail industry, particularly in fashion. The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing efforts, develop comprehensive strategies, and manage creative teams to enhance both e-commerce and offline store performance.   • Direct the creation of compelling content for various channels, including websites and social media.
  • Lead and supervise teams including graphic design, social media, and digital marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field from top university.

Deep understanding on digital marketing such as SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media with proven track record.

Savvy with current trends in social media and possessed knowledge in omnichannel retail.

Strong in analytical, business minded and possess good problem-solving skills.

Work comfortably with numbers and data to support hypothesis and decisions.

Organized and efficient in terms of seeking resources, planning and actively looking to make things happen

Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website management

This position will be placed in Gading Serpong - Tangerang (Lakon Indonesia)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and goals for both e-commerce and offline stores.
  • Responsible for all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Formulate loyalty members reward scheme and program.
  • Direct the creation of compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
  • To bring new and creative ideas for marketing events and themes throughout year.
  • To lead and supervise teams including of graphic design, social media, visual merchandise, digital marketing & photographer team.
  • Collaborate with store operation, e-commerce and merchandise to achieve targeted performance for both e-commerce and offline stores.
  • Identify trends and insight, and optimize initiatives accordingly.
