Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Area Retail Manager at Gingersnap Bali located in Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali, will be responsible for mediating, collaborating with the Garment head office team and retail Staff (SPGBs). He/She will be under direct supervision and reporting to the management team, and will directly supervise SPGBs of each store managed.

Qualifications

• Live in Bali is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, where multiple store supervision and retail clothing store experience are prioritized.
• Responsiblefor supervisingsales targets and store overall performance, including store maintenance.
• Responsible for tracking store sales and SPGB performance.
• Regular reporting and scheduling administration for stores under supervision (Seminyak, Canggu, and Uluwatu area).
• End-to-end process for new hiring SPGBs and managing existing staff, including assistingSPGB hiring process.
• Direct selling and direct customer handling experience are prioritized.
• Ability to do multi-collaborations and mediate between Management, the Head office team (Stock inventory and maintenance team).
• Ability for fast response related to stores handled, mobility for store visits, in riding a motorcycle.
