Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located at the Bentani Hotel and Residence in Cirebon. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the restaurant operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and seamless service. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining food and beverage quality, ensuring excellent customer service, handling hiring processes, and maintaining efficient communication with both staff and customers to enhance the dining experience. The role requires supervision of day-to-day operations while maintaining the standards of the hotel.
