Qualifications

  • Manage and lead the operations team to achieve business targets.
  • Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business activities.

  • Provide operational support and guidance to staff.
  • Monitor and control expenses according to the allocated budget.
  • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training candidates.
  • Manage staff assignments and work allocation.
  • Review staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for operational procedures and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee team adherence to operational standards across all functions.
