Responsibilities

• Manage rental processes including tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents.
• Ensure all residents adhere to building rules and regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on building performance.
