Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active litigation cases.

• Assist two attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and manage case updates.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures.
