Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Kotlin development experience.
• Strong understanding of Kotlin null safety, coroutines, and functional idioms.
• Professional software engineering experience using Kotlin for Android or backend services.
• Ability to critically evaluate idiomatic Kotlin style, design decisions, and architecture trade-offs.
• Significant experience using large language models (LLMs) to assist with coding, debugging, and code review.
• Excellent English writing skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and responses for AI training content.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance model accuracy.
