This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior BDR Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives in the APJ region to cultivate a robust sales pipeline. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and coaching team members to enhance performance. You will play an essential role in our partner's expansion into emerging markets, aligning team efforts with broader company goals and initiatives. The successful candidate will have the freedom to think creatively and make impactful decisions.

Accountabilities
  • Oversee the hiring and development of a high-performing team of BDRs to build a qualified pipeline of potential customers.
  • Coach, train, and develop representatives in inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Country Manager and sales leadership on pipeline development initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on sales initiatives and processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to forecast pipeline generation and meet quarterly targets.
  • Mentor new team members while managing unassigned accounts.
  • Work closely with BDR leadership to align sales territories, quotas, and overarching business objectives.
  • Foster a people-first culture in leadership and interactions with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading BDR teams in diverse markets across the APJ region.
  • Strong adaptability in coaching and go-to-market strategies tailored to different APJ markets.
  • Minimum 2 years in a people management role within a SaaS/B2B environment.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in IT or security sectors.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Passionate about building and nurturing a talented sales team.
  • Collaborative with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM; experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and methodologies.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge preferred, along with experience in APJ regions.
  • Understanding of the MEDDPICC sales process preferred.
