The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and supporting franchise schools in achieving new and retained student sales targets. This role involves driving sales projects (both core and non-core courses), collaborating on cross‑functional projects, and building strong relationships with Center Directors and Senior Teacher Managers.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide ongoing support to franchise schools to help grow their business and achieve new student and retained student sales targets.
  • Offer tailored solutions to address school needs, working closely with leadership teams to understand challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support to achieve new and retained student sales targets for new school openings.
  • Lead efforts in acquiring new and retained student sales targets through targeted campaigns.
  • Create sales strategies that are specific to new and retained student campaigns.
  • Drive sales projects related to both core and non-core courses, ensuring successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that sales initiatives align with overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with Center Directors and Senior Teacher Managers.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and strategic advice to improve sales outcomes at the local level.
  • Host regional training sessions for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide hands‑on guidance to Center Directors and Course Consultants, ensuring they are equipped to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor the sales performance of local schools within the region, providing feedback and insights to improve strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, offering actionable recommendations to school leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in sales, preferably within a regional or multi‑location setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales projects.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate school leadership and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
