Responsibilities:

• To recruit and build potential team
• To lead, motivate and develop a strong committed team to achieve the sales target
• To help solve challenges in daily activities that will be face by the team

Requirements:

• Fix Salary, Year End Bonus, Overriding and Comission
• Related qualification with 5 years experiences in bank assurance/insurance industry/related
• Based in North Jakarta (PIK)
• Sales and marketing from related field (Preferred quality RM, BM, Bancassurance, Senior Funding/Lending Specialist, Senior Account Executive Marketing, Senior investment advisor/wealth manager)
• Proven Sales Management experiences on a similar role
• Entrepreneurship mindset and eager for a new challenge
• Good business sense and well perform analytical skills
• Result-oriented, dynamic, self-driven and highly motivated to success
