About the Role

As a Regional Sales Analyst Assistant Manager, you will be the strategic partner to our regional commercial and sales teams. You will analyze multi-country sales data, track market trends, and surface actionable insights that drive retail and distributor performance.

Responsibilities
  • Foster strong communication with the area sales teams, providing support and addressing in-store challenges effectively.
  • Perform daily end-to-end analysis to the field team about the key insight and recommend action plan regarding area condition and issues.
  • Act as a bridge between the Sales Team and management, ensuring clear alignment of objectives and strategies.
  • Provide the management with strategic insights and recommendations based on data findings to inform decision-making.
  • Leverage business acumen to assess and respond to the competitive landscape, ensuring the brand\'s growth and success.
  • Organize and manage data to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales analysis or FMCG
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slide and familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, etc).
  • Experience with sales reporting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and attention to detail.
