Job summary

A leading financial services company is seeking a Regional People Partner to supervise HR teams and implement company policies across Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, a strong understanding of labor regulations, and will be responsible for enhancing employee relations and productivity. This position requires mobility within Central and Southeast Sulawesi, preferably based in Kendari, offering a dynamic environment to grow and influence the company's culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Regional HR or in a similar role.
  • Preferably based in Kendari.
  • Willing to cover area Central & Southeast Sulawesi.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill Manpower Planning (MPP) requirements in the branch.
  • Process all employee-related administrative tasks in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Conduct socialization and implement People and Culture programs within assigned branches.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective investigations.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships.

Skills

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
In-depth knowledge of labor regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field

About the Role

Regional People Partner responsibilities include supervising local HR teams and implementing company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor regulations and experience as a human resources generalist. This position will be responsible for the Sumatera Utara region and requires high mobility.

Job Description
  • Fulfill Manpower Planning (MPP) requirements in the branch to support the achievement of branch work targets.
  • Process all employee-related administrative tasks in the branch in accordance with applicable regulations, minimizing the risk of irregularities.
  • Conduct socialization and implement all People and Culture programs within the assigned branches to support the achievement of Regional People Partner targets.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
