Job summary

A leading training provider in Bali seeks a Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for various workforce categories. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in Learning & Development, and strong presentation skills. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, maintaining records, and evaluating training effectiveness. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel for training at multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer or in Learning & Development.
  • Experienced in operational workforce training.
  • Certification in Training of Trainer (ToT) is an advantage.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Zero Collar, and Blue Collar.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with HR, recruitment, and operational teams.
  • Prepare training modules, materials, presentations, SOP, and assessment tools (pre-test & post-test).
  • Deliver classroom, on-the-job training (OJT), induction, refreshment, and soft skills training.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, HSE, service quality standards, and company policies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain training records, attendance lists, evaluation results, and training reports.
  • Support onboarding and deployment readiness through structured induction programs.
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve performance, discipline, and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align training content with service level agreements (SLA).
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development, or Operational Trainer (IFM/Outsourcing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Experienced in delivering training for operational workforce (cleaning, security, engineering, support services, etc.).
  • Able to create structured training modules and engaging presentation materials.
  • Good presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
  • Willing to travel and conduct training at multiple sites/locations.
  • High level of discipline, adaptability, and ability to work under operational pressure.
  • Certification in Training of Trainer (ToT) is an advantage.
