Job summary

A leading EPC company located in Cikarang is seeking an experienced recruiter to develop recruitment strategies and manage the complete recruitment process. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in the Construction or EPC industry. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven recruitment experience in the Construction or EPC industry.
  • Familiar with recruiting technical positions (Engineer, Project Manager, Supervisor, HSE, etc.).
  • Experience working in a headhunter role or dynamic environment is a plus.

  • Develop recruitment strategies through various job portals and fairs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Design and implement assessment tools and conduct Assessment Centers.
  • Prepare and manage Manpower Planning aligned with project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations in recruitment processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives within the EPC industry.

Job description

Develop recruitment channel strategies through job portals, job fairs, and university partnerships.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Design and implement assessment tools (potential & competency) and conduct Assessment Centers.

Handle recruitment for strategic and project-based positions (e.g., Supervisor, Manager, Engineer, Site roles).

Prepare and manage Manpower Planning aligned with project pipeline, workforce projection, and turnover analysis.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and project requirements in recruitment processes.

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen company visibility within the EPC industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of proven recruitment experience in the Construction or EPC industry (mandatory).

Familiar with recruiting technical positions (Engineer, Project Manager, Supervisor, HSE, etc.).

Experience working as a headhunter or in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
