Recruitment & Organization Development Supervisor

Analyze, develop, and recommend Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, organizational structure, and job grading to optimize job management. Develop and implement Competency Matrices across all levels of the organization. Fulfill workforce requirements in terms of quantity and qualifications. Plan and execute recruitment strategies for internal and external sourcing to meet staffing targets for staff-level positions and above, ensuring quality and timeliness. Coordinate 360-degree employee feedback assessments for Junior Manager level and above. Identify employee potential and recommend internal/external assessments to identify competency gaps and support promotion decisions. Analyze, identify, and recommend Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all positions. Recommend and develop a Performance Management System to measure individual performance achievement effectively. Organize and coordinate people-mapping activities based on competency gap and performance analysis. Identify top talents and emerging talents, develop their programs, and ensure internal promotion and retention strategies. Plan, monitor, coordinate, evaluate, and develop learning programs, including modules, instructors, institutions, and learning infrastructure, to enhance employee competencies and performance. Design, implement, and evaluate induction programs in collaboration with related departments to provide organizational insights to new employees. Analyze, develop, and recommend the translation of corporate philosophy and values into organizational behavior. Propose and execute socialization programs to embed these values within the organization. Coordinate activities such as CSR, manufacturing events, annual meetings, and other engagement programs. Develop and execute engagement strategies through structured activity plans. Analyze, design, and recommend SOPs for Organizational Development and Recruitment to ensure consistency and smooth HR management practices.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR Development, including recruitment, competency development, and performance management.

• Strong understanding of organizational design, job grading, and talent management strategies.

• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and key performance indicators.

• Experience with talent identification, development, and retention strategies.

• Proficient in planning and executing training programs and engagement activities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Familiarity with creating and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
