Job summary

A recruitment agency in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Service (QATS) professional for a new manufacturing plant. • Conduct periodic customer visits to assess expectations and feedback.

Position: QATS (Plastic Packaging Manufacture)

Company Overview: Our client is a new company incorporated in Indonesia on 11 October 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of XXX (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid-2019.

It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards west of Jakarta and cater mainly the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional / other export markets.

Requirements :

• Candidates must have at least a bachelor degree from Chemical / Chemistry background
• Understand QA/TS systems or procedures
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in technical services function in converting industry or in the same role
• Can work individually or a team
• Willing to work at Cikande - Serang
• Carry out day to day activities of QATS dept.
• Ensure that activities related to IMS systems, 5S and TPM completed as per requirements.
• Ensure that internal non conformances found during audit has been closed with proper action plan and not repeated in future with proper follow up
• Measurement and testing
• To plan periodic customer visits to assess customer expectations and feedback, building customer relations.
• Customer (External) & Internal communication regarding complaint received
• CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) preparation
• ISO certifications implementation
• To design and align the Business Process to deliver value to customers.
• Response to customer queries up to customer satisfaction for their end application related requirements.
