Quality Assurance & Quality Control Head

Experience & Education

Experience minimum 5 years as Quality Assurance Head in metal precision part industry.

Education: Bachelor in Engineering All Major.

Quality Management & Standards

Very familiar with quality management system ISO-9001, 14001, 45001, PED, setup and implementation quality management system and procedures, control process, and measuring system analyst (MSA).

Understood with basic six sigma and lean manufacturing is preferably.

Familiar with 2D/3D mechanical software and able to read technical drawing.

Familiar with international standard DIN, ASTM, JIS.

Fluent in English with good communication skill.

Quality Tools & Competencies

Strong in problem solving, familiar with QC 7 tools, APQP, PPAP, 8DR, GR&R and QCC.

High standard level of quality and good quality awareness, analytical skill and decision making.
