Qualifications

Job description

Due to company expansion, we are looking for a new Quality Assurance to handle our newly project in our factory in Deltamas - Cikarang.

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will manage and maintain Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001 and Food Safety Management System in accordance with FSSC22000 standards and procedures. You will also assist and support an effective Environmental and Workplace Safety Management System in accordance with ISO14001 and ISO 45000.

You will be based in our factory in Cikarang, and you’ll directly report to Quality Manager. In this role you will

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System & FSSC22000 Food Safety Management System
• Support and maintain ISO14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO 45000 Safety Management System
• Regular monitoring and maintenance of controlled documentations via quality system software to ensure relevance and compliance to various standards
• Regular collection of data and records that are required to support the various Management systems
• Conduct Management Review Meetings in accordance to certified Management System
• Manage internal audit programs in accordance to certified Management System
• Participate in all audits (external or 3rd party) and coordinate on the corrective actions and time frame
• Perform duties of a Food Hygiene Officer
• Participate in the EHS Committee and related activities
• Conduct and maintain records of mock recall on a regular basis
• Facilitate and support in furnishing customer questionnaires through provision of information, pertaining to Quality Management System

Your required skills & competencies

• Min. bachelor degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or other related fields
• 2 years of experience in a similar role, experience in food industry is a plus
• Good knowledge of Certification System, namely ISO 9001, FSSC22000, ISO 14001, and others
• Excellent knowledge of Food Safety System
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia, other language is a plus
• Possesses Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills
• Systematic and strong organizing skills, able to work independently
