We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead and enhance the quality and reliability of enterprise software applications across our EMEA operations. In this role, you will oversee both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring the highest standards of software performance, functionality, and user experience. You will mentor junior QA team members, drive innovation in testing practices, and partner with product, engineering, and IT teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to coordinate test efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvements that enhance overall operational efficiency. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can shape QA strategy, foster team development, and contribute to the delivery of mission-critical software systems.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and coordinate QA efforts for manual and automated testing across multiple projects.
  • Mentor and coach junior QA engineers to increase team performance and engagement.
  • Plan and execute test strategies, test plans, and regression testing activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and product teams to align testing efforts and address critical issues.
  • Participate in technical analysis and design reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead bug and metric review meetings, driving actionable outcomes to improve software performance.
  • Drive innovation in QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application QA/testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in manual and automated testing practices, with familiarity in tools such as Selenium or Provar.
  • Experience in functional and enterprise-level system testing, including Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo, Jira, Atlassian) and software development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality results while managing multiple priorities.
  • to work EMEA shift hours (4 PM – 1 AM) and provide occasional out-of-hours support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter approach to challenges.
