Job summary

A technology consulting firm is urgently seeking a QA Engineer in Yogyakarta. This role involves designing testing plans, collaborating with development teams, and executing automated tests. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of QA experience, with strong skills in Katalon Studio, API testing, and SQL. This position is full-time on-site, requiring immediate availability.

We URGENTLY need middle/senior "QA Engineer - ASAP"

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive testing plans to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand features to be tested and their functional requirements.
• Build a reliable and efficient testing framework.
• Execute automated testing scenarios to identify defects, performance issues, and deviations from requirements.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with development team to identify issues.
• Ensure test scripts remain functional and provide consistent results.
• Create detailed testing reports with results, identified defects, and steps to reproduce issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation or testing efficiencyimprovements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant
• Minimum 3 years working experience as QA
• Deep understanding about knowledge of software QA methodologies, STLC, and processes.
• Deep understanding of API Testing dan SQL.
• Have experience in using Postman
• Experience with Katalon Studio as test automation frameworks is a MUST
• Have experience in Jmeter will be preferable
• Good understanding of GitHub, branches, and pull requests.
• Extent and monitor infrastructure QA suite of tests.
• Familiarity and knowledge about CI/CD tools like Jenkins, etc. is a plus point
• Able to analyze and design Testing Architecture.
• ABLE TO JOIN ASAP (for Yogyakarta)
