Job summary

A leading technology company in Indonesia seeks a qualified individual to manage its Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Industrial Engineering, along with at least one year of relevant experience in QMS and document control processes. Responsibilities include managing and improving QMS, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QMS, ISO implementation, or document control.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Able to read and understand English quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards.
• Manage and update controlled documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with departments for QMS implementation and audit readiness.
• Assist in planning and conducting internal and external audits.
