• Basic understanding of coffee quality and brewing processes.

• Willing to travel for store audit activities.

Job Role:

• Conduct material testing for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Perform store audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Support and participate in internal quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor quality during receiving, production, storage, and distribution process.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, documentation, and administrative records.
• Coordinate with store operations, production, and warehouse teams on quality‑related issues.
• Apply coffee knowledge (coffee beans, brewing standards, handling, and storage) to support product quality.
