Job Description
  • Analyse business requirements and design clear, structured test cases aligned with functional needs.
  • Execute functional, integration, and end‑to‑end test scenarios across diverse environments including web and mobile.
  • Report, track, and document software defects to ensure transparency and proper prioritization.
  • Collaborate with development, digital, and business teams to ensure aligned quality goals and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure test coverage, documentation accuracy, and adherence to established QA standards.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, providing input during planning and continuous improvement discussions.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to QA processes to boost efficiency and software reliability.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Holds min 5 years of QA experience with strong skills in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Familiar with JIRA and modern test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, TestFlo) and comfortable using Postman.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, clear communication abilities, and the capability to work independently or within a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in English and able to confidently engage with stakeholders, including international teams.
  • ISTQB Foundation knowledge or certification and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Based in Surabaya or willing to relocate at own expense.
