Job summary

A leading quality assurance company in East Java is seeking a QA Analyst to oversee quality for golf bags and luggage. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of QA experience, preferably in a similar product category, and will be responsible for conducting inspections and implementing quality control processes. A background in sports goods is preferred, along with necessary basic English skills. This is a full-time onsite position with a structured work schedule.

QA Analyst (Fulltime-Onsite; Monday to Friday/ 9 to 5)

Work location: Surabaya, East Java

Reporting to QA Supervisor

Job Description:
  • Oversee quality assurance for golf bags, luggage, and accessory items (including gloves) throughout the production cycle.
  • Perform in-line inspections to monitor production quality and identify potential issues early in the process.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure all finished goods meet required specifications, standards, and client expectations.
  • Implement and maintain a process-driven approach to quality control, ensuring consistency and adherence to SOPs and quality guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) based on inspection findings.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities and collaborate with suppliers to eliminate recurring issues.
  • Manage and evaluate monthly supplier performance, including quality assessments, improvement tracking, and compliance reviews.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement in production and quality performance.
  • Maintain accurate inspection reports, CAP documentation, and quality-related records for internal review and client reference.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a QA Analyst, with at least 2 years of prior experience in similar product (just bags/backpack is good, for sports even better).
  • Experience in quality system/ QMS, inline & final inspection
  • High-level QA specialist.
  • Bags-related QA experience, Sports goods background preferred.
  • Basic English comprehension (verbal and written) is necessary.
