We are looking for a Purchasing Staff for a new Residence in Bali.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with 5-star hotel standards.
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing process, from Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO), following company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal users to identify specific product or service needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Ensure accuracy, quantity, and quality of items before purchase, and proactively address potential issues such as delayed delivery, incorrect items, or stock shortages.
  • Monitor and maintain purchasing documentation accurately, ensuring compliance and smooth audit processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK), preferably Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting, Administration, or Management, with at least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, ideally in hospitality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), VHP, and email, with knowledge of basic purchasing administration and stock recording.
  • Prepare and manage purchase requests and orders to approved vendors, including quotation comparisons and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, purchasing only through registered vendors and following proper procedures.
  • Report purchase results, price comparisons, and order status to the General Affairs Supervisor, while maintaining integrity, attention to detail, and discipline.
