Job Description

• Identifying and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best quality and prices for ingredients and supplies.
• Make plans to decrease the number of suppliers to increase the order volume per supplier to make cost negotiation well.
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies without overstocking.
• Placing orders for food, beverages, and other supplies based on the restaurants needs and inventory levels.
• Ensuring that all purchased items meet the restaurants quality standards.
• Suggestion of other menus using currently used ingredients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.

Requirements

• Business level English proficiency
• Working experience in bigger restaurant chain company for purchasing/procurement as manager
• Experience of selecting (Focus) suppliers to minimize the cost for optimization
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers on equal terms
