Role Overview
The Villa Manager is responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the assigned villa(s), ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, the highest service standards are met, and the property is always maintained in top condition. You are the bridge between guests, staff, service providers, and the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Villa Operations
- Inspect the villa daily to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition meet company standards
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams and ensure quality control
- Manage villa inventory and restock supplies when needed
- Use software & internal communication tools to report, assign, and track daily tasks
- Maintain clear records of operations, guest feedback, and maintenance logs
Guest Services & Hospitality
- Warmly welcome guests and assist during check‑in and check‑out according to our protocols
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate additional guest services such as transport, spa treatments, or excursions
- Ensure guests have a seamless, safe, and memorable stay
Staff Supervision & Coordination
- Train and guide villa staff to uphold service standards
- Create staff schedules and ensure coverage
- Attend regular online or in‑person team meetings
Budgeting & Reporting
- Track and report all operational expenses to the management team
- Work within the assigned budget and report discrepancies promptly
Maintenance & External Coordination
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., pool maintenance, gardening, technicians)
- Identify and report repair or upgrade needs
Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, villa owners, and the management company
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, and guests
- Respond to guest feedback online or in person to uphold reputation
- Handle guest emergencies professionally
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in villa or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English
- Proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on
- Tech‑savvy; able to use digital tools (e.g., PMS).
- Flexible with working hours, available on‑call when needed
- Based in Bali, (+‑ 20 min from Uluwatu Area)
