Responsibilities

• Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and agreements to achieve favorable terms for rental costs and service charges.
• Oversee outlet network coverage by selecting, assessing, and securing locations in accordance with business requirements and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with landlords, building management, and external vendors to maintain good relationships and ensure smooth operational support.
• Provide strategic recommendations on property acquisition, optimization, or relocation based on operational needs and performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Willingness to travel as required to oversee outlet locations and property matters.
