Job summary

A leading recruitment company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop hiring plans and execute candidate screening for both blue and white collars. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology, and strong English communication skills. Responsibilities include networking to find candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding. This role is based on a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Recruitment/Recruiter/Talent Acquisitions/Consultants.
  • Able to work with targets and deliver results.
  • Familiar with mass hiring and reporting using Excel.

  • Create a channel of networking to find active candidates.
  • Screen candidates from CV to interview assessment.
  • Assist to schedule interviews with the hiring team.
  • Create report weekly or monthly to the hiring team.
  • Prepare salary offer and deliver to the candidate.
  • Assist onboarding process.

Job description

Develop and execute hiring plans for blue to white collars.

Create channel of networking to find active candidates.

Screening candidates from the CV to interview assessment and the documents validity (such as Education certificate).

Assist to schedule interview with the hiring team.

Create report weekly or monthly to the hiring team.

Prepare salary offer from checking supporting documents to approval and deliver the offer to the candidate.

Assist onboarding process from MCU to employee registrations.

Qualifications
  • Min. 3 to 5 years of experience as Recruitment/ Recruiter/ Talent Acquisitions/ Consultants.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology or any related major.
  • Able to work with target and deliver result.
  • Familiar with mass hiring and reporting using excel.
  • Able to do traveling around Indonesia.
  • Good English in communication (conversation, read, and write).
  • Employment will be 12 months contract base.
