Job summary

Job Descriptions

Prepare daily operational plans and transportation routes based on customer orders.

Responsible for team training, meetings, and work scheduling.

Conduct data analysis (mileage, costs, complaint rate, on-time performance, and other key metrics), identify issues in a timely manner, provide improvement or optimization recommendations, and oversee implementation to support management decision-making.

Reduce operational costs through route optimization and improved load utilization; evaluate cost fluctuations, analyze abnormalities, and adjust cost-control strategies accordingly.

Maintain smooth communication with stakeholders (customers, dispatchers, drivers, etc.), follow up on requests, and ensure seamless coordination across all operational processes.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Transportation are preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain with at least 2 years of experience managing a transportation or fleet team.
