Job summary

A leading construction firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced project/B2B sales professional. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years in project sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare proposals and commercial documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is mandatory, along with a target-driven mindset. Candidates with business-level English proficiency and an existing client database will hold an advantage. Regular mobile work and site/client meetings are required.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, Management, or related fields)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in project/B2B sales, ideally in construction, MEP, building materials, or property sectors
  • Strong understanding of project sales cycles, tender processes, bidding, negotiation, and contracts
  • Ability to analyze BOQ (Bill of Quantities), RAB/Cost Estimates, basic project costing, and budgeting
  • Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and project specifications
  • Skilled in preparing project proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documents
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with key stakeholders (owners, consultants, contractors, subcontractors)
  • Target-driven mindset with experience handling high-value/high-ticket projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (mandatory)
  • Willing to work mobile and conduct frequent site/client meetings
  • Strong relationship building and pipeline management
  • Having an industry network or existing client database is a major advantage
  • Business-level English proficiency is preferred
  • Demonstrates high integrity, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and accountability
  • Basic knowledge of HSE/K3 and construction regulations is a plus
