The Project Manager for Memorial Park oversees the planning, design, construction, and enhancement of park facilities, infrastructure, and grounds. This role ensures that all projects within Memorial Park are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals, environmental standards, community needs, and memorial/heritage values. The Project Manager acts as a primary liaison between contractors, consultants, internal teams, and community stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Manage end-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Oversee construction works, site inspections, contractor performance, and quality control

Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and documentation (RFPs, contracts, permits)

Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal departments

Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and heritage requirements

Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues

Support park infrastructure upgrades, landscaping projects, and maintenance initiatives

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Landscaping, or related field

3–7 years of relevant experience in project or construction management

Experience in parks, memorial parks, cemeteries, landscaping, or vertical/horizontal projects is an advantage

Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
