About The Job

We are currently looking for a Project Manager for a Clean Rooms project (including drywall) in France. The Project Manager will oversee the project team, including design and supply chain, ensuring safe and quality delivery of projects on time and within budget to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of estimates and tenders following appropriate site visits.
• Reviewing tenders with operations teams.
• Participating in the preparation of necessary documents for inclusion in tender submissions, including site visits.
• Adhering to Ardmac’s safety-first guidelines.
• Ensuring contracts are properly planned and programmed.
• Ensuring all relevant information is collated, reviewed, and actioned at regular contract review meetings.
• Properly recording delays under the contract to protect the company's position and ensure contractual entitlement.
• Forming and maintaining professional relationships with clients, project and design teams, and supply chain partners.
• Handover of all necessary documents and activities for an on-time and orderly project handover.
