Job Requirements

• Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other relevant majors.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, or another relevant role.
• Have knowledge of software project management, software product management, or the software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with designing a business plan and analysis techniques in the form of BPMN, UML Diagram, and Flowchart.
• Able to multitask and lead and manage multiple teams concurrently while providing proper direction and oversight.
• Having good communication, leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work in groups or individually, quickly understand/learn new things, and take initiative.
• Able to use project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and others.
• Have familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Have familiarity with design tools such as Draw.io, Figma, Balsamiq Mockups, Adobe XD, and Microsoft Visio.
• Structured and organized, and able to manage work and time well.
• Having more than 10 project experiences will be a plus.
• Understanding Agile methodology: Scrum framework and Kanban, is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
