Job description
Responsibilities
  • Developing timelines, determining the scope of work, reviewing and evaluating design + budget, checking and reviewing site instructions, and coordinating across departments (Property, GA, Purchasing, Vendor).
  • Technical Drawing Review: Conducting reviews and analysis of technical drawings from BQuik (HQ) and contractors to ensure compliance with BQuik's design, materials, and operational technical standards.
  • Create and evaluate weekly checklists for work progress, material arrival, safety compliance, and store opening milestones.
  • Control material usage, critical material availability, and vendor validation.
  • On‑Site Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct site visits to check the quality of work, ensure there are no major/minor defects, and provide corrective action directions.
  • Ensure projects run according to timeline, mitigate risks when delays occur, and prepare recovery plans.
  • Compile daily/weekly reports, photo progress reports, and final handover checklists for store opening.
  • Full Maintenance Oversight:
    • Addressing all repair and maintenance needs for 41 branches, including buildings (walls, plaster, waterproofing, light structures), roofs, canopies, and gutters, manual and motorized rolling/shutter doors, electrical (lights, power, and panels), air conditioning/HVAC.
    • Support backup for repair of tools & equipment such as balancers, compressors, tire machines, etc.
  • Vendor Coordination & Weekly Online Meeting: Weekly meetings with all maintenance vendors to update work, progress, obstacles, SLAs, and delivery status.
  • Nationwide Maintenance Scheduling: Organize job schedules, ensure vendors arrive on site, and close jobs with proof‑of‑work.
  • Troubleshooting & Rapid Response: Take quick action on urgent cases such as flooding, power outages, AC down, broken shutter doors, or store equipment not working.
