About the role

SIS Group of Schools is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of key construction projects for our growing network of schools. In this full‑time role based in South Jakarta, you will ensure timely, cost‑effective completion of vital infrastructure developments.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution—budget, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with stakeholders (clients, contractors, third‑party vendors) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
• Identify and address potential issues or roadblocks, proposing solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
