QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, project finance, or similar role, preferably in construction, engineering, oil & gas, EPC, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, financial planning, CAPEX/OPEX control, and project cash flow.
  • Experienced in preparing cost analysis, budget planning, forecasting, cost allocation and variance reporting.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong data interpretation capabilities.
  • Able to monitor multi‑project costing and budget performance.
  • Leadership experience is required for Supervisor/Manager levels.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to work in fast‑paced environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee project or corporate cost control function.
  • Develop and maintain cost control procedures, systems, and reporting standards.
  • Monitor budget vs actual spending and prepare variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with PM, procurement, finance, and engineering departments for cost validation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly cost reports for management.
  • Assist planning, forecasting, and schedule–cost alignment.
  • Identify cost risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure financial efficiency.
