Job description

PT. Roda Nurmala is pump & system specialist. We are distributing pump systems across projects in Indonesia. Established for more than 20 years, we have strong market presence in commercial building, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps. We have collaborated with big projects and big developer groups, private and governments such as Agung Sedayu, Agung Podomoro, Ciputra, Sinarmas, Unilever, Indofood, WIKA, PP, Pertamina, Medco and many more.

Jobdesc :

Coordinate and expedite project schedule.

Learn our products and services and ask questions to engineers & principals regarding engineering & technical terms.

Do case study on real problems on site regarding engineering or non-engineering.

Mitigate project problems and reduce communication barriers.

Prepare and review complete documentations for projects

Direct communication with principals and customers for managing project process.

Coordinate across functions such as purchasing, logistic, finance, estimator, engineer, sales and admin.

Responsible to the customer by monitoring the project process from beginning to end and follow up the supporting members above.

Use project management applications such as Ms. Project or others.

Use advanced ms. Office skills such as advanced power point, advanced excel (with complete formula) and advanced ms. Word.

Multitask in doing the jobs above within deadline.

Requirements :

Experienced project coordinator / expeditor 1 year (fresh graduate are welcome).

Mechanical engineering and Civil engineer background are preferred.

Has great communication and teamwork skills.

Good documentation and filing skills.

Agile and strategic problem solver.

Has multitasking capability with persistency to accuracy.

Sharp mind, fierce, hardworking, possess integrity, responsible and trustworthy.

High computer literacy, understand how to use current applications trends for project management duties and documentation.
