A leading restaurant company in Indonesia seeks a Project Manager to assist in project planning, construction oversight, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various teams and ensure quality control in restaurant fit-out projects. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering, and strong communication skills. Assist in preparing project plans, construction timelines, and budget estimations.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Procurement) and external parties (contractors, vendors, design consultants).
Review and monitor shop drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.
Oversee quality control of construction, MEP, and interior works.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, building permits, and government regulations.
Prepare project progress reports, including site visit documentation and weekly updates.
Support tender process, vendor negotiations, and technical evaluations.
Handle project administration, including permits, contracts, and technical documents.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in construction or F&B fit‑out projects is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of design, construction, and interior material processes, particularly in restaurant or retail projects.
Proficiency in design and technical software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (architecture, interior, MEP).
Knowledge of kitchen layout and F&B workflow is a plus.
Basic project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, reporting).
Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
Detail‑oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
