Job summary

A reputable executive search firm is looking for a Production Manager in Garut, Indonesia for a Japanese Automotive Parts manufacturer. The role involves leading daily stamping production activities, ensuring quality standards and production targets, and monitoring manpower and productivity. Our client is a Japanese Automotive Parts manufacturer company. Currently, they are looking for a Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily stamping production activities.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.

Monitor manpower, productivity, and production planning.

Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant major.

At least 5 years of experience as a Production Assistant Manager in automotive manufacturing, preferably stamping parts.

Strong understanding of Quality Control (QC) principles.

Knowledge and application of Kaizen and PDCA methodologies.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Excellent team leadership and people management skills.

High conversational level of English (verbal & written).

Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company will be an advantage.
