Company Overview: Our client is one of the leading spinning mills in Indonesia with a capacity of 80,000 spindles or 120,000 bales of yarn per year in Serang Area.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Technical Textile / Technical Mechanical / Technical Industrial
• At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in Textile (Cotton Spinning Business) and understanding of cotton spinning processes, machinery, and materials
• Spinning experience means understand Blow room, Carding, Draw Frame, Simplex, Ring Frame, Winding, TFO, Packing, specific in rayon & cotton material.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of spinning processes, machinery, and materials
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail & strong interpersonal skill
• Proficient in MS Office

Job Description

• Product Quality: Oversee daily production, managing people, resources, and technology to meet production goals.
• Manufacturing cost: Producing yarn at competitive cost is important for PTE to improve the bottom line and hence the job holder has to focus on avenues for reducing manufacturing cost by effective utilization of resources within the budgeted cost.
• Manpower Rationalization: Challenge to keep reducing hands every year in spite of increased production to maintain the manpower cost constant as labor cost is increasing Indonesia very rapidly.
• PRODUCTION OPERATION: Plan, schedule, implement the production program and control the yield factor
• PRODUCT QUALITY: Drive and ensure quality at all stages of production for meeting the desired product quality.
• PROCESS INNOVATION & BENCHMARKING: Motivate, initiate & plan for implementing process innovation, improvisation and benchmarking.
• COST CONTROL - POWER: Plan and engage manpower and control power cost as per budgeted norms to minimize production costs and improve efficiency.
• MACHINERY MAINTENANCE: Ensure the availability of machines and equipment to meet target production in coordination with other functions.
• CUSTOMER FEEDBACK: Ensure that necessary corrective & preventive actions are taken based on customer feedback back analysis.
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Assess the skill level, motivate and develop sub-ordinates to take higher responsibilities.
• QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: Adhere to quality, environment and safety standards.
