Overview

As part of our Asia Quality team, this role will report to our functional leader is Manager in Quality and play an important part to ensure our product quality are in compliant with the required standards.

Specific Responsibilities

• Handle product qualification test including internal testing and worldwide toy standard testing throughout the whole product development stage;
• Coordinate review meeting with factory in EP & FEP stage;
• Perform analysis on quality defects, make a good feedback and reporting for all problems encountered;
• Conduct new factory assessment in quality areas.
• Write up product conformity test plan and shipment inspection specification.
• Perform duties assigned by Manager / Assistant Manager / Director of Quality.

Required Skill Set

• Familiar with Excel operation.
• Has the experience of SAP operation is preferred.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Colleague Degree above
• 3-5 years' toys/hard tools manufactory experience in production management, Engineering or quality management;
• Familiar with toys(plastics, electronics, plush) and international standard & test method of Children’s products, QA/QC related knowledge and experience
• Familiar with toy related production process, and U.S. ASTM F963-03 and European EN71 PART1 testing standards;
• Strong communication skills and coordination competency to deal with quality issues;
• Good Computer Skills, i.e. Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint;
• Good command of English, both in reading and writing, Spoken English is preferred.
