A leading digital ecosystem company in Indonesia seeks a Brand Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives, including major sponsorships and Mini App engagement. Key responsibilities include overseeing event planning, managing negotiations, and delivering performance analyses. This role leads the high-impact brand and marketing initiatives across major sponsorships and Mini App engagement programs. It combines strategic planning, creative development, negotiation, and on-ground execution to bring sponsorship experiences to life while also driving digital engagement through Mini App go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns. The role oversees performance tracking, post-event analysis, and media coordination (OOH and TV), ensuring every activation delivers measurable results and strengthens the brand’s presence across both offline and digital ecosystems.
The team oversees three key areas: Trust and Safety, Event Sponsorship, and Mini App Marketing. We handle responsibilities that are not only high-stakes but also broad, making us a core driver of the company’s brand marketing pillars. We solve complex challenges from protecting users and shaping safe experiences, to amplifying the brand through major sponsorships, to building new ways for users to engage through Mini Apps. Almost every project we manage is something that has never been done before, which makes the work both challenging and incredibly exciting.
