Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience with Surveillance AI Systems, including:
  • Video analytics and computer vision
  • AI-enabled CCTV and smart camera solutions
  • Video Management Systems (VMS)
  • Face recognition, object detection, behavior analysis, or related AI technologies
• Strong understanding of networking, edge computing, and cloud-based AI systems
• Experience supporting pre‑sales activities and technical solution design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, onsite demonstrations, and industry events

Job Description

• Lead the development and expansion of Surveillance AI Systems across multiple industries and market segments
• Define product strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans for AI‑based surveillance solutions
• Deliver pre‑sales presentations, technical briefings, and onsite system demonstrations
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Support system integration involving CCTV, smart cameras, video management systems (VMS), AI analytics, sensors, and command centers
• Prepare and support commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution
• Act as the primary point of contact with technology partners and principals regarding product roadmap and technical coordination
• Support marketing initiatives including exhibitions, product launches, and industry events
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in surveillance and AI systems
