Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall planning, updates, and optimization of the company’s product lines; develop product strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate with R&D, sales, marketing, and production departments to drive new product development, testing, and launch processes.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to deliver product positioning and improvement proposals.
• Prepare product materials (such as product manuals, selling points, technical specifications, etc.) and provide sales support.
• Monitor the product lifecycle and propose adjustments or discontinuation plans for underperforming products.
• Support key customer projects, participate in client meetings, collect requirements, and facilitate internal execution.
• Provide regular reports to management on product progress, market opportunities, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, R&D management, or the food/flavor/ingredient industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive on‑time project delivery.
• Strong market analysis capability and clear logical thinking, able to independently define product strategies.
• Good communication skills and strong team spirit.
• Able to work in both Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with food regulations or flavor industry standards is an advantage.
