A leading healthcare company in Jakarta is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and product strategies to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to collaborate with various departments. Proficiency in English is mandatory. This position involves travel across Indonesia.
Develop and implement marketing plans and product strategies to achieve business targets.
Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage product life cycle, including launches, promotions, and end-of-life planning.
Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, Medical, and R&D teams to support product positioning and compliance.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ROI of marketing campaigns, and market trends.
Provide training and marketing support materials for the sales team.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with ethical marketing standards and healthcare regulations.
Apothecary Profession or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Product or Marketing Division in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, product management, and brand development.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in teams.
Willing to travel around Indonesia, with placement in Jakarta.
