Job summary

A leading food company in Tangerang Selatan is looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to translate brand strategy into effective communication and innovation. Translating brand strategy into strong execution across communication, innovation support, and activation, while ensuring consistency with Lee Kum Kee’s global brand guidelines and adapting them to local market needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, PR).
  • Support product launches, renovation, and innovation projects by ensuring products are compliance with halal, regulatory, and internal brand standards.
  • Responsible for the New Product Development system for Indonesia.
  • Work closely with agencies to manage social media platforms, e.g. IG, FB, TikTok.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
  • Prepare reports for post-campaign evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Experience working with agencies (creative, media, digital, research), basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods industry is a strong advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills.
  • Willing to local Indonesia & travel overseas whenever required.
