A technology company in Indonesia is looking for a Process Engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves assessing product designs, handling production anomalies, and improving manufacturing processes. Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills and be fluent in English, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Working knowledge of process simulation and PFMEA is crucial. Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related majors.
At least 3 years of experience as Process Engineer.
Experience on process simulation and manufacturing systems improvements such as PFMEA, and PDCA.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
Understand product structure diagram (electronic analysis ability is preferred).
Proficient in Ms. Office and other operating software.
Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.
Product design rationality assessment, production operability assessment, PFMEA, and process development.
New product introduction, collect trial production problems and solutions, output trial production summary report, and follow up the progress of trial production problems.
Handle anomalies during mass production, process failure analysis, propose temporary or long-term countermeasures, propose rework plans and evaluate rework hours.
Assist customer service to deal with relevant customer complaints, and promote the improvement of relevant responsible departments.
Efficiency improvement, process optimization, import related improvement tooling and automation equipment.
