About the role

As a Press Sleeve Senior Application and Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to our clients. This full‑time position is based in South Sumatra, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our press sleeve solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our press sleeve products and solutions
• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of press sleeves to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Develop and implement training programs for clients on the proper use and maintenance of press sleeves
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Pulp, Paper and Packaging industry, specifically in a Technology Company.
